Welcome to Exhale Yoga and Massage, 

Exhale Yoga and Massage  provides live virtual Yoga classes, private yoga lessons, and Massage Therapy appointments.

Let me introduce myself,

My name is Cindy Watters-Carroll, I have been teaching yoga since 2004, I am proud to hold my designation with Yoga Alliance as a 500 hour E-RYT.  I am also a Registered Massage Therapist, and have been practicing in St. Thomas, Ontario since 2009.

I have been actively involved in the Fitness and Wellness Industry since 1986 when I began my career as a fitness instructor and a personal trainer with Super Fitness Inc. in Toronto, Ontario.  Since that time I have continued my education in the areas of Fitness, Health and Wellness.  I became a Sports Nutrition Specialist in 2005, and I recently acquired certification with specialization in, Integrative Therapeutics and Anatomy, The Subtle Energy Body, Whispered Wisdom Yoga Shamanism, 50 hours of Hands on Assists and Level One Warrior at Ease International Yoga Teacher.

Throughout my career, I have remained passionate in my pursuit to educate and motivate others of all ages and fitness levels.  I look forward to working with you to help you achieve your personal/ individual goals.
